Questions about mediacontrol and menu items

1. If you mean putting the media control on the right side of the tray icons that is not possible, but you can create a second toolbar next to it that only has the media controller running.

2. Right Click on the toolbar then select TLB Settings..., open up the Toolbar page and check the Same Width For All Buttons with Text and see if that helps you.
