I must have had something corrupted, because I uninstalled everything, started over, and now it all seems to be fine.

I'm having a problem getting the TLB color/transparency settings to blend to the Aero.

I think what I'm trying to do is have the TLB background transparent, but still have the icons show. But whenever I try to do this the icons go transparent as well.

Is what I'm trying to do impossible right now?
