Are these icons more slow to loading than a .ICO or .PNG icons?

But TLB have feature "Save icons with the toolbar". It works with ICO and PNG files only. Turn this option on when change the icon and the icon will be saved with the toolbar. Now you can even distribute the backup files into other computers - icons will be there.
