In the tlbskin.ini the text color defined as:
Code:
TextColor = 0xFFFFFF, 0xFFFFFF, 0xFFFFFF, 0xFFFFFF, 0xFFFFFF
4 colors for 4 states:
normal, over, open active, open inactive
