You can tear off the menu and the torn off menus can be always opened. There are 3 ways to tear off menu:
1) Right-click in menu and select "Tear Off Menu" menu item
2) Open the menu and press CTRL+T
3) Drag the menu caption

When menu become torn off, right-click the menu and select some additional options.

Quote:btw. I know I can open it with a hover but I want it to be always open, even right after tlb starts.
To auto-open the torn off menus on TLB startup, right-click the menu button, select Appearance->Load on Startup
