Master Change Log? (TLB & Plug-ins)

I'm sorry there are not any master log. Something like this is the TLB Google group. I'm using this group as the mailing list to post the updates.

there is an update but the update (whatever it is) isn't listed in the software update list from within TLB.

What update do you mean?
