I can't to reproduce this bug here. Please can you backup your toolbar via TLB Settings->Options->Backup and send the backup file to me (<!-- e --><a href="mailtoConfusedupport@tordex.com">support@tordex.com</a><!-- e -->). I'll try to reproduce this bug with your settings.

Also please can you try the latest beta version. This version have some improvements with icons only mode.
