Taskbar Monitor 2

Based on the above experience, I could not find how to temporary hide or disable TBL so I could move the Taskbar, other than *kill* the TBL task, is there are way to perform this capability (temporary hide or disable TBL)?

As I understand you are using the Standalone TLB. To access the standalone TLB options, right-click the empty space of the toolbar and select "Toolbar Properties" menu item. Here you can select the monitor where to show TLB.

It is impossible to disable Standalone TLB, but you can exit via right-click menu and run it again.
