Yes, this is possible. Right click inside opened "Desktop" menu and select "Customize menu...". You have to set filters - see on the attached screenshot. After applying filters TLB will show the pictures and some folders (like Computer, Control Panel etc.). You can hide these folders: right-click any item and select "Hide".
