Moon Monitor conflict with EXPLORER.EXE

Windows Version: Microsoft Windows XP Professional version 5.1.2600 Service Pack 1
Shell Version:6.0.2800.1145
Internet Explorer Version: 6.0.2800.1106
TLB version: 2.2.0.1

I think Moon Monitor has a conflict with Explorer.Exe
I installed Moon Monitor and it worked correctly.
However when I RESTART or LOG off Explorer.exe will not close automatically and an ALERT screen pops up so I have to close Explorer.exe by hand.

I tested this before installing Moon Monitor and after installing Moon Monitor. It is a consistent problem.
