Oh, Yes!!! True Launch Bar needs Active Desktop. And you must to install it if you use NT4 or Windows 95. :confused:
I do not know the way make something like True Launch Bar but without Active Desktop.
So, if you like True Launch Bar you must like Active Desktop Smile.
