Explorer resource leak - Possibly TLB 2.2.0.8b related?

Sad Same here. TLB 2.2.0.9 still swallows all CPU power. Explorer is eating enormous resources. Desktop became corrupted and taskbar moved to tu upper screen position. Back to 2.2.0.7. No luck there.
