Ustas - you seemed to be saying in your last post, that you had solved the problem with the TLB not working correctly with Xp Pro and Windowblinds V3 RC1 Beta.
If this is so i would like to know how it can be solved or when an update will be available to the TLB if this is necessary.
I love TLB and can't live without it - it certainly comes before WindowBlinds V3 so if somethings got to go it wont be the TLB - but it will be a shame if I can't use WindowsBlinds in future as the Xp skins do look good and the added futionality of addition buttons is useful - so i really hope you have, indeed, solved this problem :-)
Addition Info -
I'm using Windows XP Pro Final Release, WindowBlinds V3 RC1 and TLB version - 1.1.0.12 beta.
Problems I have experienced with WindowBlinds skin applied are: the TLB icons disappear when any new WB skin is applied although the TLB is still there because I can right click on it and access the menus as usual.
Also if the TLB is positioned next to the system tray, when i expand the tray using the button to display hidden icons, the TLB buttons reappear but only until it rehides the icons.
If i drag the TLB on to the desktop the TLB window appears to be about 3 miles wide - I have even tried dragging it accross the screen for 10 minutes and not reached the end of it.
If the TLB is on the task bar I can sometimes get the buttons to appear by locking and unlocking the taskbar and moving TLB arround but it only works occasionally and never last very long and always disappears again when locking the taskbar.
The TLB also works fine if WindowBlinds doesn't skin the TaskBar buttons (set on the WB options screen) but that makes the taskbar look very plain. WindowBlinds seems to skin the TLB buttons out of existance.
I have tried all combinations of the TLB options without success.
I have also noticed that WindowBlinds has a Per Application setting which allows you to specify .exe files that are not to be skinned - does TLB contain any .exe files or is there a way to make WB apply the same restrictions to .dll files?
I hope this information is useful for sorting out the problem if you haven't already.
PLEASE SOLVE IT :-)
