I have looked everywhere in the startup process, but TLB portable is loading twice-  two drop down menus.  I have tried everything I can, including not having it start with Windows but only when I load it after the startup sequence.  

I still always end up with two drop down menus.

Anyone with any ideas on this would be greatly appreciated.
