Sorry, I attached the wrong image.

Ok, Thanks everyone for your help so far.

I'm including some pics to make things clear.

Below is what my desktop currently looks like.

Because my taskbar has been expanded, the start button looks weird (cause it doesn't reach to the bottom of the taskbar)

(Reb box is the area that looks weird)
