Firstly, "Also try to right-click the taskbar and select "Properties", then click "Toolbars" tab. Maybe the "True Launch Bar" is there?"
No it wasn't there either. However I managed to get the TLB toolbars back by going to a previous Restore Point (2 days ago).
This brought everything but in "unregistered" status. Once I entered the key, everything was fine.
