Remote Desktop Errors - Can't Select TLB Title Box

I was trying to do some organization work on my home computer from work (with Remote Desktop) and when I went to add a title in TLB I found that I couldn't select the box. It appears as normal and I can drag it around so I know it's not crashed, but it is always gray out and it will not allow me to type anything in or press any of the buttons of the X.

Just for your information: newer versions of Windows (XP for sure, 2000 I can't quite remember) will always allow you to drag a window, even if the application crashed...

Yeah, sorry, I did more testing and it appears my computer just crashed.
