Drag & drop from IE to True Launch Bar works for most sites but this it will not D&D

I think websites with double byte characters in web title cannot be D&D. Japanese / Chinese etc. Of course this is problem for me but maybe not for Western languages. I tested French, German etc Ok

I'm working under adding UNICODE support into TLB.
While it is imposible add shortcuts with UNICODE names Smile.

Thank you.

I hope this problem will be solved soon. In my new job I must access many Japanese/Chinese sites which I need to keep folders for in True Launch Bar.
