[TLB 2.2.0.13] Explorer crash (reproducible) - Dragging a submenu to same location

I tried this on 3 systems (all specs like below, except for plugin config, which seems irrelevant here).

You'll need a menu with a submenu: start dragging the submenu, but drop it on top of itself...

You will get an error message "Cannot move folder: destination folder is the same as source folder" and after clicking OK, explorer will restart.
