Tooltip too wide - only for Sysmon

To recapitulate - the tooltip for the System Monitor is displaying across the width of both our monitors at the same time. This is the only plug-in/tooltip that is misbehaving.

As I know Windows 98 does not support the second monitor. Or I'm missing something? What do you use to install the second monitor on Windows 98?

I had a Win98SE installation that DEFINITELY ran on two monitors. I had an S3 SavagePro, and a Rage IIC PCI (Same one as I still use as my secondary card!).

Yes 98SE can support many monitors. All one needs to do is to add another video display card and plug in another monitor and let the settings in Control Panel>Display>Settings know about it. The only thing ever that did not image correctly is the System Monitor tooltip. Below is the tooltip for the Sunrise/Sunset/Length of Day Plugin (Weather Monitor/Universal Data Fetcher) from HorusUK.

Please can you post screenshot of your desktop? I need information about where system monitor is on desktop. Also I need information about configuration of your multimonitor system. Give me screenshot of the Settings tab of Display properties. I cannot reproduce the bug and I need more information.

Here is the current desktop screenshot. We noticed that depending on how far up or down on the plugin face we place the cursor the tooltip images a little up or a little down.

Here are two settings screenshots. This one is for monitor 1 selected in "Display".

And here is monitor 2 in "Display".

Just for your edification we moved the System Monitor to the left side of the TLB and the tooltip images the same. It is here -

Just to show you - here is another tooltip chosen at random and it (and all the rest) image properly.
