Centering on Vertical Taskbar - Can you? If so, how?

Quick questioin / feature request. I was wondering if it is possible to center plugin display windows on a vertical taskbar. I searched the forums and found a thread about centering a the tlb clock, but the fix for that was simply a new skin... I could do that, but I would prefer an option to center the plugin displays... Here is my current TLB... i'd like the media contorls and the system monitor to be centered...

This would probably be the same as the item alignment feature request...

I think tysucks want the items alignment (text with icon).

As for tysucks' feature request: it basically is the same, but with more options. In the ideal situation it would be possible for TLB to align items both horizontally and vertically, left/top, right/bottom or centered, although I understand that it's not easy to do (on the other hand, I'm quite sure you're better at these things than I am ). At least the right-align fixes my problem...
