Can't rename Shortcuts in Folders

When I create a new Menu Folder and after I drop some shortcut to it I do as follow:

Click on menu folder (menu expands) right click on any shortcut, choose rename, the rename dialog appears but you can't select the text to rename-delete.

I'm on WinME using True Launch Bar 1.1.0.12

I cannot reproduce this bug.
What is "can't select the text" means. You cannot type into textbox?
