Menu customization enhancement

Can we have a new menu customization option that allows me to quickly add titles - with customisation to fonts/colours/etc. - to the top of my menu's, as per this screen shot:

I want the titles at the top of each menu to be the same name as the name of the parent folder. I can do it manually, but it takes a while!

Oh, and a minor bug report...

Copy-dragging (CTRL+Left Mouse button) a separator with a title in or between menus doesn't copy the title text. I just a plain separator.
