Hello, Yuri.
I have an idea to add auto-hide mode into NetMonitor when some connection is closed(like MediaControl do)

(RU-1251): õîðîøî áû äîáàâèòü àâòî-çàêðûòèå ïàíåëüêè NetMonitor, êîãäà îïðåäåëåííîå(óêàçàííîå â íàñòðîéêàõ) ñîåäèíåíèå îáðûâàåòñÿ(êàê ýòî äåëàåò ïëàãèí MediaControl ïðè çàêðûòèè WinAmp). Áûëî áû î÷åíü ïîëåçíî: ïðè îòñóòñòâèè êîíåêòà îíà íå çàíèìàåò ëèøíåå ìåñòî, à ïðè óñòàíîâêå ñîåäèíåíèÿ íå íóæíî áóäåò ñàìîìó êàæäûé ðàç åå âêëþ÷àòü.

Yeah.

Universal solution is to make three modes:
1. Full (fixed, no resize)
2. Short (trim on connection close - current behavior)
3. AutoHide (full hide on connection close)

imho, this will satisfy all users. Big Grin

And one more pretty important thing about TLB:

When some element in TLB shrinks itself, a blank space appears. But this space still belongs to TLB's workspace and cannot be used by shell(for placing standard tasks' buttons).
So, this space is wasted. If user uses single-line taskbar it's very uncomfortably!

You'd do autosize mode to whole TLB. Thus, if any component shrinks, TLB will trim itself to free unused space.
I recommend you urgently to do this as soon as you can! Sad

three-mode model can be applied to Media Control too:

1. Full (fixed, no resize) - this mode is already present

2. AutoHide (hide on player close) - this one is present too

3. Short (only shows single button, which will launch player) - this is new mode, I suggest. It will spare a bit more space.
Big Grin
