removes the tasks - spacer

if i have the Tasks on the same line as TLB
and add a spacer wide enough it gets rid of the tasks instead of sending whatever is in front of the spacer to a menu

Check the toolbar's min size option. Windows control the size of toolbar depending of this value. And if there are to wide separator then behavior is unknown. On my system it goes to ">>" menu.
