Has anyone run into problems receiving registration codes? I ordered TrueLaunchBar two days ago and have not received an email with the code. I received a confirmation of payment from RegSoft, but no registration code.

I have contacted support, but have not received an email back.

Ask and ye shall receive. But to answer your question, no, I didn't have any trouble when I registered.

I actually did not suspect it was the company.

I wanted to verify that our email must be blocking it. Does the license key email contain an attachment or is the key in the email? What email address would have the key come from so that I can tell my email admin?

Is there a possibility of changing the email on the registration?

Please move support@tsoftcentral.com into white list. Probably all our emails do not pass throu your spam filters. I you do not have any filters then write us using other mailbox: maybe hotmail, yahoo or others. Write your order number in the email. If you do not get email with order number then write your Name, Company, Adress, City, State, Country, Phone as you've wrote in the registration form.
