Request: Explorer tree alongside icon picker - It's awkward switching icon folders

Please add an explorer type tree alongside the 'change icon' box.
I have 1600 icons sorted by category into 48 folders. It's
awkward trying to find the perfect icon, switching between
folders with that 'browse' button.

Yuri, whilst you're doing that, can you make the title of the dialog show the name of the item you're changing the icon for. For example, right now the dialog is titled "Select Icon". Could it say something like "Select Icon for Notepad"?

As I get older, I sometimes forget what I was changing. What was I saying...?
