OK this sounds weird, but I have experienced with it during the last months...
I have a shortcut to closewin.exe on my TLB. When I click it, the mouse-cursor changes to a arrow+hourglass thing and the default Windows XP shutdown dialog is displayed.
Now when I move my mouse (still with the hourglass) to the dialog, this dialog disappears. I must wait several seconds until the hourglass has disappeared and *then* move the cursor.
Has anyone else ever noticed that closewin.exe aborts by itself?
