non-unicode + winamp + media control plugin

i using english windows, and have some mp3 whitch has non english tags, so i use apploacale to diplay chars in winamp, but, in winamp plugin it show only "?" instead of chars., is there any way how to display this chars in winamp plugin correct? and can it be set to start winamp in korean trought applocale when i click play icon?

Is the caption of Winamp show valid text? MC takes song title from the Winamp window caption. I recommend to use foobar2000. This player is true unicode and MC will show any unicode text.

Go to control panel/Regional and Languages/Advansed and chose your language and click OK (it's will ask you for Windows CD)
