tbl on Context Menu OR Popup Window - for quicker to access to tbl/start menu!

i would love to have either:

tbl on the context menu. so you can right click, go to tbl>and access your tbl... however i think this might be really difficult to implement? and it might look ugly/cluttered

or maybe a hotkey that will load up tbl right under your mouse cursor. i know this is asking a lot but this is something i've always wished for. if anyone's ever used maya, something like the 'hotbox' would be cool! cause once you get used to something like that you wish every program had it
