Well, after months of being annoyed with the title format when using foobar2000 with the media plugin, I decided to poke around the code and change things.
What follows should work with foobar2000 0.8.x. Since I'm not too familiar with Visual Studio's compiler/linker options, this may (but hopefully won't) ask for some strange dll file to run .. let me know if this is the case.
The attached zip file should contain a new foo_tlbRC.dll file which will replace the current one in your foobar2000/components directory. Then, when running foobar, there should be a "TLB Remote" section in the preferences where you can set the format string used for TLB's title. The default should be the current string.
The file should also be available here
The source can be found here
Yuri, feel free to include this in the plugin if people find it useful.
Enjoy,
Rick.
