ARRANGE ICON MANUALLY - how can arrange icon free

Sorry, in the second version of the program there was the possibility to arrange the icon manually.
Now i try the version 3.1 and this function is not more present....
Maybe i don't find it?

If you are having troubles with this inside a menu.

Right click the somewhere inside the menu that is causing the trouble and Select "Customize Menu", then about halfway down the window is an option to choose the way menu items are Arranged, there is only two options



But if you are talking about the toolbar objects, it is because of one of two things :

1. You have the "Lock Buttons" option selected, this can be unselected through the TLB context (right click) menu
2. You are using a Pirated Version of TLB, strange things happen when someone enters a pirated registration key.
