Anyone Help me?

I have installed it .But then I found that when I move my mouse on the Shortcuts or Folder then the icon it disappear is fuzy and buttom to up.
I'm sorry for my poor English.hehe.
my OS is
WindowsXP with SP2 SimpleCN
DX9.0c
I thought maybe it's wrong with DX Direct Draw?
But If I resize the TrueLaunchBar,the Icons will be fine.but sadly,then I move my mouse on it,it's appear unclear so...

Any one can help me?

Bingely : you are using a Pirated version of TLB please uninstall using TLB clear (located in TLB's root directory) then reinstall tlb, now use without the use of any crack or keygen. Now TLB will run without the problems that you described
