Multiple icon sizes per menu?

Would it be possible to allow multiple icon sizes in the same menu?

For example, to have a section between separators for Office, where Word would be a large icon and Excel and Powerpoint would be small ones.

There are three images in that topic and I can't see one that shows different icons sizes.
