Context-specific Help Browser windows behave as if they have an "always on top" feature which is always set to On. This perputually gets in the way of whatever toolbars and menus they cover.
On the other hand, if the Help Browser is launched directly from "C:\Program Files\TrueLaunchBar\tlbhelp.chm", then it behaves like a normal window, with no "always on top" setting.
I recommend you adjust the context-specific Help Browser's internal settings so it behaves like a normal window.
