When I assign a hotkey with the NumPad, let's say <Win + Num 0> it does not work. the combination of <ALT + CTRL + Num 0> also does not work. I thought it would be nice to be able to use the NumPad keys for shortcuts also.

Thank you for bug report. As I see the hotkeys with NumPad works only when NumLock is turned off. I'll try to fix this bug.
