What Happens when TLB fills Up???

If I keep adding icons (folders) to the TLB; what happens when I fill up the whole work space???

I hope I get a second row of Icons, slightly reduced in size??

If you have enough space for the second row TLB make the second row. If there are no space you'll see button with 2 arrows (>>).
