The is a menu for "My Computer"
It is set as 3-Column, Icons only, Custom Icon Size = 64, Manual Arrange
Running Windows XP Pro Sp1, TLB 3.2.3, all plugins are latest version.

Following image is the Menu in question with brief description of problem

Tooltip Problem : It is only the top two groups that have tooltips, the rest do not, it is nothing to do with the icons themselves.
Because when i drop an icon there it now shows a tooltip, drop the icon anywhere else in the menu, no tooltip.
(Note : The icon must be dragged into the group to get a TT, if i delete the lower Title\Separator "USB Stick", the icon does not have a TT)

Phantom Spacer : This i cannot really explain, this space acts almost exactly like a Spacer Plugin, ie.
If I drag an icon (from the same group) to the space the group moves to fill in the gap that was left, this includes the space as if it were an object in the menu.
But if i drag in a menu item from elsewhere, it dissapears, but as soon as i delete the item, the space shows up again

I hope some of that made some sense

Thank you for files. I've found the problem with Phantom Spacer. This is not a spacer this is Drive Space plugins without drives. I've found 9 drive space plugins in the folder but on screenshot I see much less.

How to solve this problem:
1) Rename all your useful Drive Space plugins. Give them any other name.
2) Find files "Drive Space*.tlbplugin" that you don't rename - these plugins are hidden and you do not use them so you can delete these plugin files.

The problems with tooltips I cannot reproduce. One of the buttons do not have the "Enable Tips" checkmark on the Appearance submenu.

I'll continue my investigation.
