In TLB 3.2 toolbar buttons are aligned to top. I liked earlier versions better where buttons where centered between top and bottom. Look at the attached picture for a better understanding.

And I can't find any option to change this, either.

Win2K/sp4.

Yes, this is new and can be configured (of course Wink):
In TLB Settings... at the bottom of page Toolbar you will find a Default alignment option.
Windows 7, IE 9.0, Shell 6.0.6000.16386, TLB 4.2.3 beta

I thought so, too, but this doesn't seem to have any effect. I think this setting is for default (overlay) image position.

I can't seem to get my icons centered in TLB either....doesn't seem to change.???????? Does one need to re-boot after changing this adjustment?

This is the bug. I've reproduced it. The option in the Toolbar tab control the position of button with other size. If you are using plugins or buttons with different icon sizes this option allow you to define how they will be aligned on toolbar.
