Yes, the problem with language bar, the one that I have reported here:

TLB is suppose to be a master of Taskbar (since it is built from taskbar), IMO, compatiblity with other bar (like ordinary WinXP's language bar) on taskbar is fundamental and crucial. That flaw shouldn't be tolerated until ver 4, right?
Just in case:
If I enable both TLB and Language bar on the Taskbar, initially both look good when co-exist. But once reboot (or logout and in again), the taskbar is a mess... (So as the right-click menu on Taskbar)
