I have a menu with a number of shortcuts to programs. If I uninstall a program that is in a TLB menu then right-click the shortcut to delete it, a message informs me that there is a problem with the shortcut or it is missing the shortcut.

These error messages come up 3 times in a row and I usually have to open the menu directory in explorer in order to delete the shortcut.

Take a look at the attachments.

The only thing I notice when right-clicking a shortcut that points to a non-existing file, is that there is a long and annoying delay before the contextmenu appears (no error messages though). I think I haven't seen this delay in earlier versions...

Zero-Point is this appear if you right-click on missing shortcut in the windows explorer? TLB don't try to resolve invalid shortcuts, but this can do one of the shell extensions you have installed.

Anyway you can select the context menu template "Without shell/button menu" (TLB Settings->Context menu).

I tried tracking down the issue and it didn't seem to be TLB. I had always thought it was. I am not sure what shell context menu was causing it as I took everlything off and I was still getting the errors. For some reason, it later disappeared after a lot of registry editing.
