I can't understand how and why someone would want to use TLB as a portable app. Would someone please give me some ideas? Thank you!

If you cannot install TLB then portable is all you can use.

Such as work/school environments where they don't give you Administrative Access.

and, like with portables generally, you can swap OS drives or etc and have your same familiar TLB customizations available, but having only the one TLB install that you have to keep updated and customized. So, if you keep all your portables and installed apps on a given drive letter(s), then everything will work.

I originally begged for years and requested the portable version. I run TLB outside of the taskbar and want to keep the settings intact on my D: drive in case of windows reinstallation (which happens often)
