Menu Title to the TOP of the Menu???

Suddenly one of my TLB menu titles has alligned itself "down"in the menu
on the far left side.......................This takes up icon space and I want to send it "back up to the top" of the menu.......................

Damed if I can figure out how to do it??

It's been up there for weeks?? Even if I do a RESTORE, the title
remains "down"????


What's Up???

Well............duh...............all you have to do is "drag" the TLB down a little from the top of the screen

Placing the TLB too close to the top of the screen automatically moves the title down..........................

Problem solved

TLB show the black marker where it insert dragged item.

Generally if you are using the view modes "Icons only" and "Icons With Text" then you must drag items to the left or right left of button to insert dragged item before or after that button.
