It appears that a TLB toolbar can include only what is in one Windows folder. I would like a toolbar to include what is in 2 Windows folders--the desktop folder and the public desktop folder.
The Windows desktop shows icons from both of those folders together. I would like a TLB toolbar that does that as well.
