Submenu does not behave like main menu

I have a menu with a few application buttons and one submenu (icon) called Translation, where I have three application buttons.

When I left-click on the submenu icon, it does not show a submenu, but rather, it shows the applications in the following folderin Windows Explorer:

C:\Documents and Settings\[My name]\Application Data\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\Common apps\Translation

How can I get the submenu to behave like the main menu?

I guess you turn on the option: Run submenu on mouse click
