You've got a great product already no need to add much else.
Maybe a nodock , and/or edgedock.
Nodock so toolbars can be placed next to the edge of screen or near other toolbars without latching on and merging.
Edgedock so toolbars join to edge of other toolbars without merging into one.

and of course you know True Launch Bar can dock to the edge of your screen and can also be made into a floating toolbar right?

I have a toolbar full of plug-ins that I use to keep an eye on my system - but when I drag it too close to the edge of the screen, it wants to dock - which would take up five or six times the screen space it needs to do it's job.

So - not only "nodock" but as a per-toolbar option.

Pretty please?
