SUGGESTION: ADD A DELAY TO THE AUTOHIDE FEATURE

I USE A TOOL BAR AT THE TOP OF MY SCREEN. WITH THE AUTO HIDE AS IT CURRENTLY IS EVERYTIME I GO TO SHUT DOWN A PROGRAM THE BAR POPS OUT. A CONFIGURABLE DELAY WOULD BE GREAT. :?

you can use the tlbHost utility (Standalone TLB) to customize the delay.
TLB can't to control this feature in standard windows toolbars.
