I can move in one menu but not another

I have four menus. In three of them, I can drag and drop items and titles, but in the fourth, I cannot. I can also not figure out what makes the fourth menu different from the others, that is, what it is that prevents dragging and dropping there. Can someone help? Thanks!

Seems to work "most" but not all of the time................If you drag and drop into a menu, and it doesn't go directly into the menu, but lands on the toolbar...................I have found that dragging from the toolbar into the menu icon (a second time) seems to work.......................

But always test it to make sure all else works...............

No, it does not work in my case, I'm afraid.

One difference I noticed now is that when I drag items in the functioning menus, there is a horizontal black line that shows where the item will be dropped. In the non-functioning menu, that line is short and vertical, just to the right of the title bar of the menu. Does that give you or someone else any ideas?

Well I believe the vertical black line is normal, just to give you an indication of where the icon will land, when you release the mouse button............

I'd go into TLB settings and submit a bug report to Yuri, explaining in detail what the problem is...................

He'll come up with an explanation and a cure, I am sure

Hans L, What is your TLB version? Please can you post the screenshot of your menu where you can't to drag files? Also if this is possible can you backup your toolbar and send it to me (<!-- e --><a href="mailtoupport@truelaunchbar.com">support@truelaunchbar.com</a><!-- e -->) I'll try to reproduce the bug.

In the non-functioning menu, that line is short and vertical, just to the right of the title bar of the menu.

vertical line appear for menus with view styles "Large icons" and "Small icons".

I removed the image file information, since it did not work to attach image file from my computer. I will do it from YouSendIt.
