umm...every once in awhile this happens, where it shows the contents of the menu twice, I wouldn't know any way on how to specifically reproduce it

I can confirm this ...

- had this effect of a doubled menu three times over the last weeks.
- It shows exactly the double content in only the first folder i open
- not reproducable, no clue yet what could cause this because it only happened after a fresh system start in my case
- running Win2k, SP2 here
- i´am pretty confident it started (in my case) with the actual beta

yeah...this never happened to me with the older (official) releases. I think it started when I downloaded the beta versions

This has happened to me several times, with some of the latest releases.

I think it happens sometimes when I delete a shortcut from a menu.

Sometimes several refresh'es fixes it, sometimes a reboot is required.

Please try with this:
http://www.truelaunchbar.com/beta/tlbpb.zip

To install close TLB log off/log on and replace tlb.dll with this file.
I cannot reproduce this bug but maybe I know what's the matter and this private build resolve the bug.

Let me know about results of testing.
