True Launch Bar v4.2 released.
New features since version 4.1
Windows Vista support
This version resolves some compatibility problems with the Windows Vista. With this version you can use the skins and PNG icons on the Vista transparent toolbar. Also context menus and tooltips now use the Vista Visual Styles. Also fixed the bug with the installing True Launch Bar on the Vista systems.
Popup menu at cursor position
This new feature allow you to show the Tear Off menus at the mouse cursor position. This feature is useful if you set the hotkey for menu. To activate this feature right-click the Tear Off menu and click the "Popup at Cursor" menu item.
Auto close tear off menu
Now you can setup your Tear Off Menus to close them on something run. To activate this feature right-click the tear off menu and click the "Auto-Close menu"

We've added keyboard accelerators for some operations:
* Refresh Ctrl+F5
* Delete Del
* Hide Ctrl+Del
* Rename F2
* Set hotkey Ctrl+H
* Change Icon Ctrl+I
* Change Description Ctrl+D
* Button Properties Ctrl+Enter

* TLB is incompatible with Win2K
* tlbHost have incorrect background after auto hide
